Can I pay with a credit card?

Can I pay with Paypal?

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.


Is my payment secure?

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. littleblackbook is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.


Can I pay in my own currency?

While you can choose your local currency with the currency selector at the top of the littleblackbook website, all items are priced and charged in GB pounds at checkout. We recommend contacting your bank to find out their current currency exchange rate and their currency policy.


How is tax calculated for my order?

Orders shipping outside EU Zone may be charged sales tax when arriving at the destination country. littleblackbook is not responsible for these charges. Should you reject a delivery because of customs charges, we will deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise the item to be disposed of and no refund will be given.


What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?

All orders must be submitted by noon (12:00 pm) PST in order to ship the same day to UK customers only. If the order is placed after noon, it will likely ship out the next business day.


What if an item I love is out of stock or my size is not available to purchase?

All available sizes are displayed live online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock but we may get more soon! Please email [email protected] and we will look into the availability of the item for you.


I am unsure about the size and fit of an item. Can you help?

Please see our size guide for general information on sizing. Please be aware sizing will vary between brands. If you have a specific question about the fit of an item please email [email protected].


I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours depending on the time the order has been placed, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You can also check your order status by signing into our website.


Can I return or exchange a Sale/Outlet item?

At this current time we do offer an exchange or a credit note but not a refund on our Sale/Outlet and Special price items.


What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We are proud of the quality of the brands we stock and ensure all items are sent out in perfect condition. However if you are concerned with an item you have received please email us at [email protected].
